Rashawn Turner, Regulatory Project Manager, is based in the Research Triangle Park area. He actively manages projects for over 13 pharmaceutical companies and 30 programs including pre-IND Meetings (PIND), Investigational Drug Application (IND), and New Drug Application (NDA). Before joining Premier Consulting, he began his career in Study Start-Up at Syneos Health where he dedicated 4 years to team leadership, training new hires, and starting up clinical trials for various sponsors in a wide array of therapeutic areas including oncology, NASH, diabetes, gastroenterology and EENT. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Research from Campbell University.

Before coming to Premier Consulting, Rashawn commissioned into the United States Army Reserves where he continues to serve and provide stability, guidance, and knowledge to those appointed under him. He has successfully assisted and trained over 800 trainees at Ft. Jackson and 10 new Drill Sergeants. While managing the soldiers, he provided guidance for their career progression and set new standards within his department.
