Tony Phillips, Regulatory Project Manager, has been with Premier Consulting since April 2021. He has managed a range of projects including FDA Meetings, IND, and NDA submissions covering a variety of therapeutic areas/indications including analgesia, autism spectrum disorder, dermatology, microbiology, nephrology, oncology, ophthalmology, psychiatry, and sleep disorders. Prior to joining Premier Consulting, Tony was a Project Manager for PPD Global Central Labs and an Operations Manager for Schulman IRB focusing on protocol amendments and informed consent revisions. Tony was a member of the team which executed the successful integration of Schulman and Chesapeake to form Advarra.

Tony holds a BA in Communications from Northern Kentucky University. He and his husband live in Alexandria, a suburb in the Northern Kentucky region of Greater Cincinnati. He is a fan of Kentucky bourbon and an avid record collector, especially all things related to The Beatles.
