Dr. Winram has more than 20 years of experience in the discovery and clinical development of small molecules, a myriad of vaccine platforms, biotherapeutic monoclonal antibodies, and gene therapies for infectious diseases, oncology, ocular diseases, and other diseases. He has worked in government (NIH), contractor, large pharmaceutical, biotech, and consulting environments.

Dr. Winram earned his PhD in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology at the University of Florida and his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at the University of Delaware.
