If you are having issues and need for one of our skilled technicians to look at your computer/server, please follow the instructions.



1) Please download one of the following Zip files.
One Click VNC (ultra)
(This viewer gives you the most featured pack experience)

One Click VNC (tight)
(This viewer is a scaled down version of the Ultra version, so it is faster, and lighter weight.)

2) Extract the zip file to your desktop, or where ever you stored your applications.

3) Double click on the Application.

4) Thats it. Someone will be able to help you shortly.



FYI: When the session is complete, you may close the application. Once you close that application, we can NO LONGER access your computer.

How does it work?


Inside of the zip file are 2 files. One the server, the other is the settings. Inside the setting file, is the URL to the server in which the support is going to come from. Only change that URL, if we tell you to do so. Changing this will make it not possible for us to access your computer.
